"Viki's classes are a great way to exercise your body and relax your mind at the same time. At the end of each session, I go home feeling that I've worked muscles that have been slumped over a computer all day and that at least for one hour I've completely switched off from the usual frantic activity of my daily routine. Viki creates a soothing environment with essential oils and soft music. She demonstrates the exercises clearly and offers helpful feedback to ensure that each student gets the most out of the class. I've been doing Pilates with Viki for years and she keeps the sessions interesting by introducing new exercises. Pilates has helped me to improve my posture and to build my core fitness."
